Field Trip

We enjoyed a nice field trip to Arizona Puppet Theater with our friends the Turleys. The boys had a lot of fun playing. It was a little difficult with a toddler who is not quiet and likes to run around, but we manage so that our boys can be exposed to culture, right?!

Thanks Turleys for the fun!

Cake Pops

Okay so this isn't the greatest picture. It was very late and I have no lighting in my kitchen anyway so those two things combined = bad picture. Anywho...I finally gave in to the mini Bakerella inside and made her cake pops. I am a HUGE fan of hers and have been following her for awhile. I was nervous because I thought they would be very difficult. I was pleasantly surprised to find them quite easy. Of course I didn't get all crazy with them like she does, but eventually I want to do cute things. I have big plans. Everyone who had them loved them and so I am excited to do some more today. I will try to post later. I am making them for Aaron's family. I will let you know. Happy Day!

2010 will be better

Hello
Yes, we are still here. Wow...Where did 2009 go? I am really hoping that 2010 is going to be better than 2009. It can only be better right?

I think everyone should join me in playing with Becky Higgins in Project Life. I am super duper excited to be doing this project. Today my pic of the day is of the house in this gorgeous rainy weather. This project is going to make my life with scrapping so much more simple. And it has even got me excited about regular scrapbooking again. So please join! I am doing a picture of the day idea for the family and pictures of the month for the boys.

Plus I had to add this pic of Brendon because he is so stinkin ca-ute.

I also wanted to pick your brains on what you do for cleaning. I have not been able to get into a good routine now that we are in this bigger house. Believe me, I have tried. I tried doing a schedule where I cleaned something every day of the week and each thing took less than 45 minutes. I thought I could stick to that one, even with days I work. No good. Then I thought maybe I should just stay up one night a week and do it all in 3 hours or so while everyone is asleep. But I end up finding others things to do or I only get partly done because I get distracted with something else. So, I pose the question all you multi-tasking mothers out there, how do you clean your house? What works best for you?
